I.web.pk is providing the best and easy terms and conditions for their clients to understand us briefly. We recommend our clients to review our terms & conditions once at every month end. We have all rights reserved to change our Term and Conditions at any case without informing our clients.

Terms n Conditions

Currently We are not offering any kind of refunds and money back.

  • If you Register or Renews a PK domain name from us and There is no any refund on renewals and transfers for any PK domain.
  • If you are violating some legal terms and conditions of any country so will will suspend or deactivate your account without any notification and without any refund.
  • We charge RS 300/- PKR for our transfer your Hosting from us to any other hosting provider.
  • Our servers keep weekly and monthly backups but we can not took responsibility to keep your backups so its up to you to keep a secure backup of your full hosting data on your own computer.
  • We strongly recommend our all clients to keep their backups on their own systems to save yourself from any damage if our servers crash due to some reasons.
  • After Confirmation of your Payment we will send your hosting details within 30 minutes to 24hrs so be patients while getting your details and also keep checking your Spam box or Junk box.
  • We will never create any client’s hosting account without confirmation of payment.
  • We recommend our all clients to renew their Domain hosting package as soon as possible before one week of expiration, to save yourself from worry about the disconnection.
  • We never keep backups of an expired hosting so you can never claim us about your expired domain data.
  • For shared hosting we allow you to use maximum of 100MB space for your databases in our Basic and Standard hosting plans. You can use Unlimited space for your Business plan.

  • Adult Material
  • Contents for promoting any religion and sect.
  • Spamming
  • Never Save your backups on your server
  • Copied content from other resources
  • Copied and unauthorized scripts

Dedicated Server and VPS Hosting

We offer dedicated servers and virtual private servers from different worldly locations and most of them are from 3rd parties so all terms and condition imposed by third party Data-centers will also be imposed on clients who will subscribe, order and avail services from us.

  • There is no refund for dedicated servers and vps hosting.
  • extra bandwidth will be charged as per provider per gb rates, you may find extra bandwidth charges on respective location pages.

PK Domain Terms and Conditions

As we know that PK Domains are come under sponsor and main registrar of PKNIC so all rights are reserved for PKNIC for all PK domains terms and conditions A PK domain can be register for minimum 2 years so you can not get a .PK domain name for one year.

  • Before placing order for .PK domain name you have to check the availability of your PK domain name personally otherwise we will not responsible for unavailability of your desired PK domain.
  • You have to provide Your name, Your company name, Phone number, Mobile number, Your address and Email Address while placing a order for .PK domain.
  • Some PK domains required more documents for registration process like .edu.pk and all other government domains (.gov.pk, .gob.pk, .gos.pk, .gok.pk, gkp.pk and .gog.pk) you have to provide owners CNIC and your department or institute registration copy to get such type of domain.
  • We are one of top 20 reseller of PKNIC, we rights to generate PKNIC cards. We will never refund a generated PKNIC card or a registered & renewed PK domain.
  • We will transfer your PK domain after completing the documentation process.
